On May 6, 2021 the artists had a great conversation with Rosemary Frei.
After obtaining an MSc in molecular biology from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Calgary in 1988, Rosemary became a full-time freelance medical writer and journalist. She continued that for 28 years (except for three years in media relations at the University of Calgary from 1990-1993, four months at Fleishman-Hillard in Toronto in 1994 and six months with a continuing medical education company in Markham in 1994). Along the way her work appeared in both general-public and trade publications across Canada and the US. She also was a judge for the feature-article category of Canada’s National Newspaper Awards and a judge for the Canadian Science Writers’ Association’s yearly journalism awards. She pivoted in early 2016 to full-time, independent activism and investigative journalism.
In this hour long conversation, we discussed her most recent article on her website which goes into great detail about the Sustainable Development goals in relation to the Ontario Line expansion project as well as her April 2020 article in OffGuardian. One month after the National Emergency was declared in the USA, Rosemary hits the ground running by detailing the seven steps it takes to go from Pandemic to Totalitarianism.
This discussion was originally live streamed on multiple platforms but we’ve made it available for public access, for free on our patreon page as well as right here on our blog.
